1. Free Trial Period

• New users receive a 4-month free trial (2 months + 2 bonus months) with full access to all features.
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges.
• No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial period ends.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@sparshmukthi.com.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to Sparsh Mukthi until the end of the paid period.
• After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will not be charged further.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• If you're not satisfied with Sparsh Mukthi, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge.
• This applies only to your first paid subscription (after the free trial).
• To request a refund, contact us at support@sparshmukthi.com with your order details.

3.2 Technical Issues

• If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using Sparsh Mukthi and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
• You must report technical issues promptly and allow our team reasonable time to address them.

3.3 Billing Errors

• If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a billing error, we will refund the erroneous charges immediately.
• Please contact us within 30 days of the charge with proof of the billing error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Cancellations made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
• Partial month refunds (if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the billing period).
• Renewal charges if you did not cancel before the renewal date.
• If you violate our Terms and Conditions, resulting in account termination.
• Change of mind after actively using the service beyond the refund period.
• Incompatibility with your device if it does not meet our published system requirements.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email us at support@sparshmukthi.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Step 2: Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
• Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
• Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

7. Promotional Offers & Discounts

• If you subscribed using a promotional code or discount, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid, not the original price.
• Promotional codes and bonuses (e.g., reward points, coupons) are non-refundable once redeemed.

8. Auto-Renewal & Prevention

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your subscription renews.
• To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• We are not responsible for charges incurred if you fail to cancel before auto-renewal.

9. Account Deletion

• If you delete your account, any active subscription will be canceled immediately.
• Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. Please request a refund separately if eligible.
• Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of Sparsh Mukthi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
